Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has revealed four all-new original entertainment productions to appeal to a multi-generational audience, premiering across nine ships through September 2025.
The new shows titled, “Red, White, & British,” “Bring Back the 90s,” “ICONS: The Bands,” and “Ignite the Night,” are set to debut in some of NCL’s most ground-breaking vessels, including Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Encore, Norwegian Epic, Norwegian Escape, Norwegian Gem, Norwegian Getaway, Norwegian Jewel, Norwegian Joy and Norwegian Prima.
Deliberately developed in Florida by NCL’s in-house entertainment team in collaboration with esteemed creative partners, this new slate of stages offers the perfect blend of engaging stories, eye-catching spectacle and recognisable music.
The “Red, White, & British” is a tribute to British pop music, celebrating influential British musicians and artists like David Bowie and Queen. It will be launched on the Norwegian Breakaway, Norwegian Epic and Norwegian Prima.
Taking guests on a trip down memory lane on an “Alice in Wonderland” inspired journey, “Bring Back to the 90s” is a 50-minute show, allowing guests to relive some of the most iconic moments and trends in the 90s. The show will premiere on Norwegian Getaway and Norwegian Joy.
NCL is introducing an immersive concert experience, “ICONS: The Bands,” highlighting chart-topping hits by legendary bands of all time. Guests can catch this live on board Norwegian Encore and Norwegian Escape.
Lastly, coming out on Norwegian Jewel and Norwegian Gem, “Ignite the Night” is a high-energy production that merges the visual appeal of the most-acclaimed TV award shows and red carpet ceremonies.
In addition to the exclusive guest favourites currently featured on NCL cruises, such as the vibrant musical “The Choir of Man” and the popular ballroom dance show “Burn the Floor,” this fresh line-up of entertainment offerings is aimed at enhancing guest experience at sea.
As part of cruise line’s reimagined entertainment strategy, these four first-at-sea shows are designed to expand the choice of world-class entertainment options to see, enjoy and experience across the innovative NCL fleet.
