What is the deposit for my holiday?

The deposit for LoveitBookit cruise packages can vary depending on the holiday length, inclusions and grade of the cabin you book. Please call our Cruise Sales Specialists to discuss this in more detail on 0203 393 1003 (Option 1), or if you already have a booking, you will find your deposit amount listed on your booking confirmation under the payment summary.

When do I pay my final balance?

Your final balance date is listed on your booking confirmation under the payment summary section. Typically, your final balance payment date will be 14 weeks prior to travel, we will send you a reminder. However, this is not the same for all cruise lines or grades of cabin and it is imperative that you take note of the date listed on your booking confirmation,

How do I pay my balance?

We have a number of different payment methods, so you can choose the one that suits you. Payments towards your booking can be made over the phone with our Customer Service team on 0203 393 1003 (Option 2), via an online payment link using your Credit/Debit Card, Google or Apple Pay or via bank transfer. We will send you a final balance reminder one week prior to the payment due date, with these options.

Why have I been sent a balance reminder, my balance isn’t due yet?

We will send you an updated booking confirmation if we need to update you with a change to your holiday. For example, hotel or flight allocation. Your final balance due date can be found under the payment summary section of the same booking confirmation.

Do you accept American Express?

Please be advised we cannot accept payment by means of an American Express Card. We have multiple other payment options.

Do you charge a credit card fee?

No, we do not charge a credit card fee.
