Hotel & Transfer FAQs

What hotel will I be staying at?

Since many of our cruise holiday packages are booked well in advance, your hotel may not be assigned until closer to your departure date. However, we will always provide examples of the hotels we typically use in specific areas, all of which are rated at least 4 stars. If you have a particular hotel in mind, you can request it on booking, and we will provide you with a quote for your stay.

What board basis is my hotel?

Typically, your hotel will be booked on a room-only basis. However, at the time of booking, we will inform you if we can secure a bed and breakfast option. If you're interested in other board options, please let us know well in advance of your stay, and we will be happy to explore those options for you.

When will I get my hotel details?

Our Operations Team will update your booking with your hotel information 6 to 9 months prior to your departure. Once this information is available, you will receive a new booking confirmation.

Can I change my hotel?

We strive to be as flexible as possible with your hotel arrangements. To explore the available options for changing your accommodation, please reach out to our Customer Service team on 0203 393 1003 (Option 2), and they will assist you with the process.

Do you have LoveitBookit reps in resort/on transfers?

No, we do not have LoveitBookit representatives at hotels or during transfers. However, we do have an Out of Hours emergency phone line available for you to reach us regarding your holiday. You can contact us 24/7 by calling 0203 393 1003 (Option 2) during our regular hours of 8:30am to 6pm on weekdays and 9:30am to 6pm on Saturdays, or by calling 0203 393 1024 at any other time. Additionally, you will receive supplier contact details locally in case you need to reach out.

Are transfers included in the cost of my cruise?

Any included transfers will be clearly specified at the time of booking. Your booking confirmation will also outline your transfers, which may encompass airport, hotel, port, or tour transfers. If transfers are not included in your booking, it is because we recommend using local taxi services in certain areas for better availability and pricing.

Where do I meet my transfer?

Your transfer ticket will include details about the type of transfer you have, a meeting time and the exact meeting point. Additionally, we will provide the local contact number for your transfer service in case you need to reach out to them
