The process for booking flight seats varies depending on the airline, and you'll need to follow their terms and conditions. Typically, you won’t be able to pre-select your seats until the airline has ticketed your flight, which usually happens around 45 days before your departure. For low-cost airlines, we can assist you in pre-booking seat numbers earlier. Keep in mind that some airlines may charge for seat selection.

But as a guide only, you can usually expect 20kg minimum hold baggage per person but this is dependent on the airline and the class booked. Cabin baggage allowance also varies, but in most cases, you will be allowed a small handbag or rucksack that can fit under the seat in front of you.

Airmiles offer a way for frequent travellers to earn rewards for their travel-related spending. However, in most cases, our package fares are not combinable with Airmiles. It's important to review the specific terms and conditions of the Airmiles programme you’re participating in, as policies and partnerships may vary.

Our Operations Team will update your booking with your flight information 6 to 9 months prior to your departure. Once this information is available, you will receive a new booking confirmation.

Yes, we highly recommend downloading your airline’s app whenever possible, as it provides real-time information about your flights. Additionally, we recommend all guests to complete the online check-in process before heading to the airport, which can easily be completed via the app. Please note, you will not be able to use the airlines app for low-cost carriers, like RyanAir or EasyJet for example.
