Nestled away from the bustling activities of the main island, this secluded beach area offers a retreat where you can enjoy island vibes, the gentle ocean breeze and relax in a child-free environment…
What I Enjoyed:
Infinity Edge Pool: The centrepiece of Hideaway Beach is its gorgeous infinity edge pool. Overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas, this pool is perfect for cooling off from the relentless Caribbean heat. Take a leisurely swim, sip on a cocktail from the swim-up bar, or simply float and let your worries melt away.
Endless Activities: Whilst Hideaway Beach is all about relaxation, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy. Engage in beachside yoga sessions, join a beach volleyball game, or take a paddleboard out for a serene glide over the calm waters. The area also has live music and entertainment, providing the perfect soundtrack to your day in paradise.

Tired of the beach? Oasis Lagoon is the largest freshwater pool in the Caribbean, offering a refreshing escape from the saltwater. This sprawling pool area features a massive swim-up bar, so you can sip on your favourite tropical cocktail without ever leaving the water. Surrounding the lagoon are numerous padded sun loungers, where you can relax and catch that golden glow in the Bahamian sun.

Loungers: Surrounding the lagoon are numerous padded sun loungers, where you can relax and catch that golden glow in the Bahamian sun.

You will be delighted to know that there are complimentary dining venues throughout the island, so you can satisfy your cravings anytime! These are some of my foodie favourites:
Captain Jack's: Enjoy live music, signature chicken wings, and refreshing drinks in the sun with a more vibrant atmosphere. Captain Jack’s is a fantastic place to feel like a local while soaking up salty sea breezes and treating your tastebuds to Caribbean-style bites, all while the musicians set the mood with groovy tunes! My Top Tip: Captain Jack’s is a speciality dining and offers a la carte prices, so additional costs apply if you choose to dine here.
Skipper's Grill: Set right on the harbour, this complimentary restaurant serves a variety of options, from burgers and sandwiches to fresh salads and desserts. My Top Tip: Be sure to sample the famous signature staple Funnel Cake. Don't worry, cruise calories don’t count!
Chill Grill: Savour beachside BBQ with a variety of mouth-watering options at this complimentary barbecue lunch venue on the island. My Top Tip: Pair off beachside classics with an ice-cold brew or the classic Bahama Mama cocktail.
