If you did not make the booking yourself but need to contact us to discuss it, please ensure the lead passenger or the person who made the booking has granted us permission to speak with you at the time of booking. However, any changes or amendments to the booking can only be made by the lead passenger. This is the individual who booked the cruise directly with LoveitBookit.
Your TNG reference number is a unique identifier assigned to you by LoveitBookit for your booking. If you have multiple bookings, each will have its own TNG reference number. When contacting us regarding your booking, you’ll need to provide your full name, TNG reference number, and date of birth. Please note that this number is not recognised by the cruise line, flight, or transfer companies; it is solely linked to your LoveitBookit reservation.
If you book a guaranteed stateroom, the cruise line will select your cabin for you, and you won’t receive a cabin number at the time of booking. Instead, your stateroom will be assigned a few weeks before departure. You can choose to guarantee an inside, oceanview, balcony, or suite within a specific category, but the exact location on the ship may vary.
Alternatively, for an additional fee, you can select the exact location of your stateroom. By consulting the deck plans of your cruise ship, you can request a specific room number or indicate your preferred area, and our Cruise Sales Specialists will check the availability for you.
If you have chosen a specific cabin number, it will be listed on your booking confirmation and final travel documents. You can also find it on your Cruise Line app, provided you download the app and create an account using your reference number. If you have booked a guaranteed cabin, your cabin number will be assigned and communicated to you shortly before your departure, and it will be included in your travel documents.
We aim to issue all your travel tickets at least 10 to 14 days prior to your travel date. You will receive them via email, and if you prefer, we can also mail them to you upon request. This timeframe allows us to ensure that all details are accurate and up to date, as changes may occur as your holiday approaches.
