More Expansive Spaces On Board

Spanning 1,056 feet long and weighing 156 gross tons, the all-new Norwegian vessel will have more space per passenger than her predecessors, Norwegian Viva and Norwegian Prima. Fincantieri, an esteemed Italian shipbuilding company, built Aqua with 10 percent increase in size and capacity from her sister ships, accommodating 3,571 guests at double occupancy. She will also offer greater wide-open spaces and the highest passenger-crew ratio of any new contemporary cruise ship to provide guests with more flexibility and exceptional service on board! 

All-new Aqua Accommodations

Every stateroom and suite in Norwegian Aqua is designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Boasting the largest Haven complex among the NCL fleet with 123 well-furnished suites, Aqua will launch the cruise line’s first-ever Three-Bedroom Duplex Haven Suites, offering an even more spacious home at sea within the brand’s signature private ship-within-the-ship oasis. These two-story suites feature separate living and dining areas; a massive balcony; three bathrooms; and three bedrooms, including a master with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking endless ocean views! 

New Dining & Drinking Options

A spectacular array of new and elevated dining experiences await on board Norwegian Aqua. Aiming to serve a more extensive selection of menus than ever before, Aqua introduces fresh dining venues and concepts to suit every mood and taste. Among these is NCL’s first Thai speciality restaurant, Sukhothai, offering traditional Thai cuisine infused with modern flavours. Prima Class’ signature Indulge Food Hall will also include a Planterie, an eatery with a full plant-based menu. In addition to these dining venues, an upscale wine lounge, Swirl Wine Bar, offers the perfect intimate and elegant space to raise a glass! 

Guest-first Entertainment & Activities

Norwegian Aqua will deliver the most groundbreaking entertainment and activities opportunities, ensuring non-stop and guest-first experiences at sea. These pioneering advancements include the Aqua Slidecoaster – the world’s first hybrid roller coaster and water slide. This dual, adrenaline-pumping slide will take guests into a whirlwind of twists and turns across three levels in rip-roaring speeds, whilst surrounded with breath-taking views! 

She will also premier the Glow Court – an avante-garde sports complex featuring an interactive LED sports floor lit with bright neon lights, which transforms into a nightclub in the evening. This state-of-the-art sport court space is engineered for immersive play, perfect for hanging out with friends and family for an epic game.

Along with these exciting, novel additions, guests can continue enjoying some of the Prima Class favourites on board, including The Drop; NCL’s 10-story free-fall slide, The Stadium; an expanded game space with free activities, and a refurbished Mandara Spa offering a new wave of rejuvenating treatments plus so much more! Guests can also look forward to plenty of original Norwegian outdoor spaces, such as the Infinity Edge Pool, Vibe Beach Club, Ocean Boulevard, Infinity Beach and La Terrazza – all are intricately enhanced for the ultimate guest experience on board!

Premiering exclusively on the innovative Aqua are two original productions, Revolution: A Celebration of Prince and Elements: The World Expanded, which will be showcased in the upgraded Aqua Theatre & Club. The first in-house show is a tribute to the award-winning music legend Prince, featuring a concert-like experience of his life story and iconic hits, such as  “Let’s Go Crazy,” “Little Red Corvette” and more. The next-generation ship is also taking its all-time guest-favourite show inspired by the four elements to a whole new level, with new surprises to bring world-class entertainment at sea! 

Sailings & Itineraries

For her inaugural season, Norwegian Aqua will explore the Caribbean coast from Port Canaveral with seven-day itineraries, calling at Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic; Tortola, British Virgin Islands; St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; and Great Stirrup Cay, NCL’s private island in the Bahamas. 

Starting August through October 2025, she will set sail on five and seven-day journeys to Bermuda from New York, followed by five and seven-day Eastern Caribbean cruises departing from Miami in October 2025 through April 2026.
